Each curated set includes a thoughtfully selected assortment of artisan cheeses, cured meats, fresh and dried fruit, crackers, nuts, sweet bites, and specialty accompaniments. Ingredients vary by set, season, and availability, allowing each order to feel unique while maintaining the quality and abundance you can expect from Gather & Graze.

Please note: substitutions of equal or greater value may be made based on seasonal availability. Dietary preferences and allergy requests can be noted at checkout and will be accommodated whenever possible.

Serving Suggestion

For the best experience, serve your charcuterie slightly chilled or allow it to sit at room temperature for about 15–20 minutes before enjoying. Pair with your favorite wine, sparkling water, or cocktail, and serve alongside additional crackers or bread if desired.

For food safety, keep refrigerated until ready to serve and avoid leaving perishable items at room temperature for more than 2 hours—or 1 hour in hot weather.

Delivery Policy

Delivery is available across Oʻahu. Complimentary delivery is offered in Wahiawā, Mililani, Schofield Barracks/Wheeler, Haleʻiwa, and Waialua. Delivery fees apply to all other areas and are calculated based on distance at checkout.

Please ensure your delivery address and contact information are accurate when placing your order. Someone must be available to receive your order at the scheduled delivery time, as charcuterie items require refrigeration upon arrival.

Orders must be placed at least 72 hours in advance. Last-minute orders may be accommodated based on availability.
