Our boards and boxes are crafted with fresh, perishable ingredients and are intended to be enjoyed as soon as possible.

Products should be refrigerated upon receipt.
For best quality and food safety, we recommend enjoying your order within 24 hours.
Products should not be left at room temperature for more than 2 hours (or 1 hour during hot weather).
Gather & Graze is not responsible for product quality once an order has been picked up or delivered and food safety guidelines have not been followed.
Any concerns regarding your order should be communicated within 24 hours of pickup or delivery so we can make it right.
