Yes we can! We offer a selection of gluten free items as well as meat free or cheese free boards. Unfortunately as of right now we have not found a vegan cheese we consider up to our standards, so dairy free boards will not include any cheeses.

Yes please! We love catering large events and would be glad to work with you to create the event of your dreams.

Our individual cups and 5x5 boxes serve one and have a minimum order of 10 servings.

Small boards serve 2–3, medium boards serve 4–6, and large boards serve 8–10.

Our Date Night Set serves 2, The Gather Set serves 6–8, and The Island Set serves 4–6.

Grazing tables are available for gatherings of 20 or more.

Serving sizes are based on appetizer portions and may vary depending on your event and guests. When in doubt, we always recommend ordering a little extra to ensure there’s plenty to share.

Some light customization is available with no additional charge (think allergies and leaving things off of boards). We offer custom cheese cutout letters and numbers to enhance and personalize your board for a fee of $5. There are also many add-ons you can choose from in the ordering process. All customization is up to the discretion of the charcuterie creator and all reasonable requests will be considered.

Yes! Every board, box, and individual serving is prepared fresh for your order, kept temperature-controlled, and delivered chilled.

Please refrigerate your order upon arrival and keep it chilled until you’re ready to serve. For the best quality, we recommend enjoying your charcuterie within 24 hours.

Once served, perishable foods should not remain at room temperature for more than 2 hours, or 1 hour when temperatures are above 90°F.

Yes! If you'd like a hand written note to be included there is a small fee listed in the add ons.

We offer pickup in Wahiawā and delivery throughout Oʻahu. Complimentary delivery is available in Wahiawā, Mililani, Schofield Barracks/Wheeler, Haleʻiwa, and Waialua. Delivery fees apply to all other Oʻahu locations and vary based on distance.

Please provide accurate delivery information at checkout and ensure someone is available to receive your order at the scheduled time, as charcuterie items require refrigeration upon arrival.

We use fresh, high-quality ingredients and thoughtfully select a variety of artisan cheeses, cured meats, seasonal fruit, crackers, nuts, sweets, and specialty accompaniments. We incorporate locally sourced and island-inspired ingredients whenever available.

Because availability and seasonality can vary, exact ingredients may change from order to order, but any substitutions will be made with items of equal or greater quality.
