Yes we can! We offer a selection of gluten free items as well as meat free or cheese free boards. Unfortunately as of right now we have not found a vegan cheese we consider up to our standards, so dairy free boards will not include any cheeses.

Yes please! We love catering large events and would be glad to work with you to create the event of your dreams.

Our individual cups and 5x5 boxes serve 1 but must be ordered in a minimum of 10 individual servings.
The small box/board serves 2-3, medium serves 4-6, large serves 8-10. Curated date night set serves 2, The gather set serves 6-8, Island set serves 4-6, grazing tables serve a minimum of 20. Please keep in mind that all people eat different amounts of different ingredients so it's always better to err on the side of generosity when considering who is coming. Leftovers are great when stored in the refrigerator!

Some light customization is available with no additional charge (think allergies and leaving things off of boards). We offer custom cheese cutout letters and numbers to enhance and personalize your board for a fee of $5. There are also many add-ons you can choose from in the ordering process. All customization is up to the discretion of the charcuterie creator and all reasonable requests will be considered.

Yes! Your board is made fresh for the day of delivery, kept temperature controlled and delivered chilled. You'll want to store your board in the refrigerator after delivery and enjoy within 4 hours of being left out, as per food safety regulations. Please consume ingredients within 7 days of delivery.

Yes! If you'd like a hand written note to be included there is a small fee listed in the add ons.

We offer free pick up in Wahiawa, HI and delivery all over the island of Oahu. Free delivery is included in the central & certain parts of North Shore (Mililani, Schofield, Wheeler, Wahiawa, HMR, NCTAMS, Whitmore, Waialua, Haleiwa and west of Waimea) Outside of those zones there is a small delivery fee.

We use only the freshest and most local ingredients we can find. Ingredients vary dependent on the type of board ordered, but all fruits are as locally sourced as possible and selected within 72 hours of your delivery date.
